Deborah B. Elliott
A Senior Consultant for Strategic Planning, Ms. Elliott has assisted religious communities in developing sustainable plans for the future since 1999.
Deborah has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, implementation, and asset management for both Fortune 50 companies and privately held corporations. She has worked extensively with religious clients throughout the United States, assisting them in meeting their real estate and strategic planning needs. Deborah has supervised and directed professional staffs of technical experts in the fields of financial analysis, facility utilization and redevelopment, and real estate consulting. She has managed renovations, historical adaptive reuse programs, and new building projects, including the construction of a motherhouse that received the first LEED Platinum certification for a senior housing project in the LEED for Homes–Multi-Family program.
Deborah received her Master of Business Degree in Finance at Temple University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami University at Oxford, Ohio. She is also a dedicated member of the international nonprofit organization “Dress for Success,” which assists low-income women seeking employment. Contact
