“The Zielinski group helped the Province Leadership Team design an organization chart reflecting the internal and external dimensions of leadership and administration. Specifically, they helped us move forward in the development and adoption of an updated operational and organization plan for the provincial house, which includes the Provincialate offices and retirement/living areas, as well as a new governance and administration plan for the Province itself. The process entailed many drafts and designs which enhanced clarification and strengthened communication and supervision. The progression of continuing dialogue helped reconfigure accountability within departments and shift some staff positions to strengthen communication and organizational effectiveness.
